Best Junior Young Bird Yellowface Cobalt Cock

Prior to the Club Show, D Norman had enjoyed some considerable success at earlier shows with some of his birds, this young Yellowface Cobalt cock being one of them. It was a bird that had excellent length with plenty of style, good width across the face with a nice deep,wide mask and good spots. It certainly showed itself off to good advantage and was a very worthy winner of this special and the Junior Young Bird Certificate of Merit.

Second Best Junior Young Bird Dominant Pied Yellowface Grey Cock

This young Dominant Pied Cock was another winner for D Norman. Shown in excellent condition, it was another very stylish bird that had good wide head and face with a good mask and spots.

Fourth Best Junior Young Bird Skyblue Cock

This young Sky Blue cock, benched by D Norman was one of those birds that did not excel in any particular area but was a really good, solid all-round bird. It did however have a good width across its head and was shown in excellent condition.

Sixth Best Junior Young Bird Opaline Skyblue hen

This Young Opaline Skyblue hen shown by D Norman was a real quality bird and had it been in better condition it no doubt would have been placed higher in this line-up of quality Junior Young Birds. It has size,length, width and depth of mask but sadly its condition did not match the quality of the bird.

THIS YOUNG FIRD HAS WON ON QUITE A FEW OCCASIONS FOR D NORMAN THIS YEAR AND IT CONTINUED ITS WINNING WAYS AT THE CLUB SHOW. IT HAS GOT EXCELLENT LENGTH AND STYLE WITH A GOOD WIDE,DEEP, WELL-SPOTTED MASK. AGAIN THIS WAS ANOTHER BIRD PUT OUT IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND ANOTHER VERY WORTHY WINNER.
